The Model Project – The ongoing project that will run through all weeks
The students have to design a photo shoot from start to finish providing clothing and accessories, as well as their own ideas on make-up, lighting, the feel of the shoot, the target market, and basic planning ideas of an advertising campaign. Working in groups taking on various roles to achieve the photo shoot.
At the end of the final week, the shoot will take place and the students can appear as the model…All students will have the chance to be photographed and keep photos as a memento of the project.
The Model project can also include the design of a fashion show…music, theme, choreography..
We intend to cover all aspects over the weeks a number of times so the students get a full understanding of the many different aspects within the fashion world, working towards the final ‘Model Project’. Depending on the students desires we can concentrate on certain areas, or take some aspects out as requested, and we see the flexibility being adaptable to both adults and students.
